The location was magnificent, not too far from a historic stone gate. There were small supermarkets and a small supermarket around the hotel.

The staff was not very friendly.

The room I booked was big size in the arabic style. Opposite a train station, the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close to the train station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar el Telon.

The hotel of choice in Toledo. Quirky place, airy rooms, incredibly nice staff. Exceptionally good and generous selection for breakfast with cappuccino, an espresso plus the coffee machine. Particularly good and magnificent location near by historical area, and 5 minute walk from a medieval castle. Also - close enough to the centre of Burgos and the main train station.

had a wonderful time. beautifully designed and quirky venue, magnificent location just next door to a park in the free long stay carpark and town centre, opposite bus stop and railway station, next to useful shops, appreciated our stay. the hotel provided a generous breakfast with cappuccino, an espresso or cappuccino plus the coffee machine.

This was a very pleasant stay for 2 nights. The hotel had a nice location near a medieval castle. It took us 15 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city center. It was very convenient to explore the beautiful old town. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and featured a separate sitting room, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of the stay.

The breakfast options were mediocre and could definitely be improved. The coffee machine was not working, and the available choices like artificial juice, sad slices of cheese, and plastic ham did not meet expectations.

Location is very convenient - across the street from train station. Staffs are generally helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with many good qualities - comfortable beds and very attractive, moorish decor. The hotel was well placed to enable us to see and do many things in the city. The excellent sites of Toledo were within walking distance as was the train link to Madrid. Parking facilities were an important consideration.

This hotel is perfectly located, right across the train station. The convenience of having the station just a stone's throw away made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were surprisingly comfortable, with clean beds and en-suite bathrooms. Despite the bathroom needing a little renovation, everything was still in working order and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail in the rooms, like having a balcony or velux windows, added a touch of charm. Plus, it was great to have breakfast included, with a choice of delicious espresso or cappuccino to start the day.
